Objectives

Coordination of the working group. Organization of two workshops – drafting minutes. Internal communication. Organization of additional meetings of WP teams. Communication with Project Manager. Coordinating the drafting of the final report.

Description

The coordination and management of the project will be made by the Coordinator (S. Katsanevakis - University of the Aegean) and includes all the necessary coordinating actions, monitoring and evaluation at all stages of the Project. The management of the project includes the organization of two workshops, budgetary control, time - table monitoring, monitoring of project progress, timely delivery of all deliverables and writing the final report.
