Olympos Andreadis is freelance Environmental Engineer and researcher in the field of Coastal Morphodynamics and Management currently fulfilling his PhD degree requirements in the Department of Marine Sciences of the University of the Aegean.

He has a rich working background in Environmental Impact Assessment studies for several works and construction activities in the coastal zone as well as excessive experience in management and deliverable carry out of European research projects with emphasis in logistics and fieldwork (environmental/oceanographic instrumentation installation/operation and environmental/marine data collection/processing), as a scientific collaborator of the Research Unit of the University of the Aegean.

He has participated in the implementation of a large number of research projects (eg. EUMARSAND, MedEX, AKTAIA, ISLA, MARE, BEACHTOUR etc.) and is a co-author in more than 20 scientific publications 5 of which in international scientific journals.
